I periodically notice maps I thought I shared before I haven't or I got confused by the versions.

Map edit I did years ago for the initial version of the =FoodFight= mutator, which I tested for this to try it against a lot of different kinds of monsters.

Initial impression was it wasn't well suited for MonsterHunt, which led to a customized version for MH.

Then this map I previously released for XV...

...which I'm not altogether sure can be beaten without XV.

Slight difference in that there's 1 kind of zombie on this map which wasn't on the XV version as it caused map crashes against those vehicles... doesn't happen so much with no XV.

Had the face provided by Baardman for quite some time...

...and just today I had a sudden impulse to make a clown skin.

Though, truth to tell, the desire to make a clown has been with me (on & off) for awhile.

Was originally thinking of going for a polka-dot theme...

...but stumbled across this idea while trying to figure out how to do that.

A fun series, The Orville was a highly silly series that was loosely based along similar lines as Star Trek.

I say "was" as there seems to be some doubt there will be another season, though we're all hoping.

Not everyone would agree with that, but of a number of series based on Trek... this one was a bit more that way than others; and I'm including Andromeda in there.

Now this skin is the Planetary Union, which is the space faring organization of the planet Earth involving a coalition of various sentient species. You know, that whole thang. Team colors are good but I had to make some alterations to fit UT. Like the orange uniforms presented an issue as UT needs a Gold Team and orange as a team color is a little too close to red... so that's more of a rust-yellow for this.

The badges were an issue, I was hoping to find a good Orville forum which had smilies of the various classifications for the series but that never worked. Then thought about doing different smilies for each color, but that didn't pan out either.

Rather than do a fresh edit for the Female version...

...I re-mapped the male skin to fit over the female model, which mostly worked except for that bit on the collar.

Still, not bad overall.

Limited team colors, nearly invisible when in the shadows.


This is a sort of 1st step to remaking the Shade skin...

...which was all black and had limited team colors, only visible from the front.

At least with this female version...

...team colors while limited to gauntlets and boots can be seen from all sides.

Fun little map edit with monster swaps I did:

I initially made 2 dozen edits of this with a whole bunch of different monsters, but then scaled it back down to just these two.

· Flies because it's more of a challenge if they can get upstairs to attack players directly.
· Imps because I think they're particularly cool but they seem underused.

Even though the imps are stuck in the basement...

...they can still shoot upwards from the level below.

Homelander I was building up to doing for awhile, getting the pieces for weeks... and then I slapped it together pretty easily over the course of a single afternoon.


Mostly perfect. Debated about using a transparency for the starfield on the back, but decided it wasn't necessary.

Red Skull I did awhile ago, and have been subtly tweaking it a little here and there over several months.


Limited team colors, obviously the Hydra version as the original was very not appropriate.

Tried lessening the intensity of the red for the skull, but couldn't find a way to do so without it going pink.

This is a fairly well know stargate themed map, which a couple slight alterations.


What we have here is a relatively mediums sized map in 3 parts. There's 2 multi-level bases with an asteroid between them, both bases connected to the asteroid via stargates.

Asteroid is more of an oblong donut with a shieldbelt in a not entirely easy place to access. Or it would be if people weren't shooting at you, anyway.

Each base had a UTDMS guarding it.


There's a slightly more advanced version of this map which I had intended to edit with ut2k4 cannons on top of the stargates on the asteroid end of things, but I lost access to UnrealEd before I could get on that.

If I ever get access again, that's on my shortlist of things to get on immediately.
